These terms cover use of the SeamSites website and our introductory consultation. They do not set the terms of a paid website project.

The free consultation

The introductory consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. We reply to enquiries the same working day. Sending project details through the website does not itself reserve a time or create an agreement for paid work.

To reserve a slot, finish the booking on our Google Calendar booking page. The appointment is confirmed when Google completes the booking and sends the calendar invitation. Use the options in your confirmation, or contact us, if you need to change or cancel the appointment.

Paid projects

Service descriptions explain the types of work available. They are not a fixed-price quotation, a delivery commitment or a guarantee of commercial results. Any paid project needs a separate agreement covering its scope, price, timetable and relevant project terms. A consultation does not oblige you to buy.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact details. Do not submit malicious code or spam, try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website, or send material you have no right to share. Only give us information needed to discuss your request.

Website content

The SeamSites name, website design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and share links to the website. Reusing protected content beyond what the law allows requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your project material.

Availability and external services

We may update the website and correct its content. If a form or booking service is unavailable, use the email or telephone options. Google Calendar, Google Meet and WhatsApp are external services with their own terms and privacy information.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

The date above identifies this version. Updated website terms apply to future website use; they do not change a separately agreed project contract. Contact us if any part of these terms is unclear.
